Sean Keeley
Executive Chef & General Manager
Sean Keeley is a Springfield native with a laundry list of local culinary accomplishments including owning and managing well regarded Ross Isaac, and serving on the opening team for Sebastian's, the new Indigo, and Crowne Plaza's Barritz Restaurant, as well as most recently serving as Executive Chef and GM of the Sangamo Club.
Sean also has an extensive background in training and mentoring staff, having led many kitchens and instructing culinary arts at Lincoln Land Community College for nearly 6 years.


Lori Moreno
Director of Catering and Events
Lori has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Her experience includes hotels and restaurants in Kansas City and Colorado. She also has a degree in Hospitality Management. Having grown up in St. Louis, she is thrilled to have settled her family in the central Illinois area! Lori believes her role is more than planning an event, it's creating a beautiful memory.

Douglas Pope
Developer and Owner
Douglas grew up in Petersburg, a few blocks from Broadgauge. His first venture was HotPads, an apartment search engine he started in 2005, now owned by Zillow. Douglas currently manages the software development team that builds Zillow's rental products for Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. Douglas moved back to Petersburg during the summer of 2020 and immediately started dreaming about and working on restoring and redeveloping Broadgauge.
Adam Galassi
Arts & Entertainment Program Director
Adam is a native of Rock Creek, Menard County. He has written for stage and screen while also directing multiple festival winning independent feature films. He spent most of his career at Briar Street Theatre Chicago as a lead in the behind-the -scenes production of Blue Man Group, while also traveling with the show to over five different countries. Adam's goal is to bring eclectic and interesting music, performance and film to Broadgauge while also spotlighting local roots music and talent.

Carol Pope
Chief of Staff
Carol spent her career in the legal arena. She was elected Menard County State’s Attorney in 1984 and 1988. In 1991, she was appointed a resident circuit judge of Menard County by the Supreme Court of Illinois and was elected to that position in 1992 and retained in 1998, 2004, and 2010. She was assigned to the Appellate Court on December 1, 2008 and elected to a full term in 2012. Upon retiring from the bench, Carol served for 3 years as Illinois Legislative Inspector General.
Carol helps manage and advise Broadgauge operations with a keen eye towards managing costs. She enjoys working closely with and helping her son.


Kelsey Harms
Talisman Manager and Specialty Baker
Kelsey was born and raised in Athens. She moved to Edwardsville to pursue business at SIUe, but fell in love with baking at a local bakery and made the decision to pursue that career full-time in 2019 after taking bread and pastry classes at the San Francisco Baking Institute. She has been the lead baker for Broadgauge since February 2022.
Stowe Olesen
Development Manager
Stowe was born and raised in Petersburg and graduated from PORTA high school. Since graduating from Illinois State University, Stowe has built a career in hospitality and restaurant development. From real estate broker, boutique hotel development manager, and now restaurant consultant, he has been able to touch many aspects of the hospitality world. After leading the development of Broadgauge in 2021, Stowe is excited to bring his experience to the operations of Broadguage with the goal of growing the business to its fullest potential.
