BARTENDER

We are looking to hire hardworking, creative, and knowledgeable bartenders.  We are seeking out individuals who are creative and passionate about their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing beverages with a variety of ingredients

• Attention to detail

• Knowledge of the drink menu and ability to meet the Broadgauge standard

• Being able to assess guests preferences and making recommendations when needed

• Being able to satisfy guests in a timely manner

• Always follow proper I.D. procedures

• Collect payments for drinks

• Be able to balance cash receipts

• Maintain a clean work space and meet sanitary requirements of the Broadgauge

• Slicing and preparing fruit garnishes

Requirements:

• Previous training and experience bartending

• Wine knowledge and cocktail experience is a plus

• BASSET certified

• Strong communications skills

• Positive demeanor

• Professional appearance

• Good with conflict resolution

• Nights and weekends
