BAR MANAGER

We are looking for an individual whoh has an extensive knowledge of bartending.  Broadgauge will have multiple event spaces, in addition to the restaurant and bar so we are in need of a hardworking, focused individual who would complement our vision as a company.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and ordering

• Freedom to develop cocktail menu

• Help refine wine lists

• Oversee staff and operations of the bar

• Making sure bar is being cleaned, functioning efficiently, and is inviting to our guests.

• Scheduling and managing bar employees

Requirements:

• 5+ years bartending experience

• Previous bar manager experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills
