Requirements:

• Maintain a professional appearance

• Knowledge of wine service is a plus

• Knowledge of the menu is a must

• Food Handler's Certificate

• Superior communication skills

• Attentive to details

• Flexible work schedules

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time to shifts

• Take orders from guests

• Be able to performs daily duties to meet Broadgauge standards

• Collect proper payment from guests

• Be knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the restaurant

• Be able to communicate effectively with guests

• Be able to communicate effectively with other staff
