Requirements:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast pace environment

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Flexible hours

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and making reservations

• Able to help with conflicts and communication errors involving guests

• Knowledge of the table layout

• Knowledge of the booking program we use for reservations

• Knowledge of the menu

• Able to communicate well with guests

• Cleaning and routine side work

• Taking to go orders and interacting with customers
