About the event
Allen Epley was born in Louisville KY long long ago and was raised by two classical professors of music and their record collection. Long frontman for bands such as Kansas City's "Shiner" and the more recent "The Life and Times", Allen and his band fuse moody melodies with "wall-of-sound rock" that brings exceptional musicianship and staggeringly unique performances. Outside of fronting multiple bands, Allen is also a member of the Blue Man Group Chicago band.
Petersburg native Emily How and her band are on the up and coming, having recently secured a spot on the 2023 Summer Camp Music Festival lineup which will include headliners such as Willie Nelson.
Artist Jeff Curtis Williams, co founder of Springfield's DIM Arthouse and front man for the band NIL8 will be displaying some of his original paintings in the ballroom for viewing throughout the evening.
