BAKER

We are looking for individuals who are creative, energetic, and passionate about baking.  As a new and growing bakery we are looking for individuals who are driven to help us set ourselves apart!

​Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to work independently or with others in order to fulfill orders, solve problems, and plan schedules

• Able to work in hot, busy environments for long periods of time

• Able to lift 40lbs or more

• Attentive to detail

• Basic math and computer skills

• Food handler's certificate is a must

• Food manager's certificate is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and professional working environment

• Able to measure and scale ingredients

• Able to execute recipes to the Talisman Standard

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Be able to stay on task

• Have proper time management skills
